Why get ASA instead of LASIK or PRK?

The crucial difference between LASIK and ASA is that LASIK surgeons cut and lift part of the cornea (a “flap”) during the procedure – ASA doesn’t. ASA shares a lot in common with PRK Surgery, but ASA does not use a blade or alcohol, and its treatment of the cornea is gentler – resulting in less pain and fewer long-term complications.
